First, See Yourself Well Omega-3 is twice as concentrated as health-food grade fish oils, which mean it has twice as much Omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, so you would have to cut the price of See Yourself Well Omega-3 in half in order to compare it to other fish oils. Furthermore, See Yourself Well Omega-3 is a pharmaceutical-grade fish oil that is highly-refined and certified to be extremely pure by the International Fish Oil Standards program.
What is Pharmaceutical-Grade Fish Oil?
Pharmaceutical-grade fish oil, also sometimes called ultra-refined fish oil, is a fish oil that has undergone an advanced molecular distillation process that concentrates it and purifies it of toxins.
How can I tell if a fish oil is free of toxins?
Almost all fish oil brands claim to be purified, but very few provide any kind of proof or certification. Recently several brands of fish oil were recalled when they were found to contain high levels of Dioxin, a highly poisonous substance. However, every batch of See Yourself Well Omega-3 is tested with the 3rd-party International Fish Oil Standards program, and you can view the purity certificate for the most recent batch (PDF).
What is the International Fish Oil Standards program?
From the IFOS website:
[IFOS], through its certified and accredited reference laboratory partners, tests omega-3 and whole fish products for PCB, Mercury, Heavy Metals, and Oxidation levels in accordance with Council for Responsible Nutrition’s voluntary monograph on omega-3 products and safety standards for human consumption. Dioxin and Furan levels are tested against the World Health Organization’s standard and omega-3 concentration is tested and compared with the product label claim.

We ship all orders via the US Postal Service. We typically ship orders the day after the order has been received, but often ship out orders on the very same day. We cannot be responsible for packages after they leave us, but we do offer optional shipping insurance.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship all over the world. However, you’ll want to make sure that your country’s customs laws allow you to receive nutritional supplements from the United States. We cannot be responsible for any orders held by customs.
